Sometime in April/May/June 2012.

Place

Although we also considered conference as an indoor event, we agreed that outdoor event provides more possibilities. One of the possible places are Zaruby (western Slovakia).

Ideas

one or two presentation (30 mins) tracks
have lightning talks session (around 10 talks for 5/10 minutes) at the end of each day (unconference)
extra outdoor activities (like trips to surrounding areas, campfire, maybe swimming, etc.)
accomodation in cabins / tents
“cajovna” - tea, shisha, home-made funny pillows, interesting books :)
fun: trampolines, jumping castle
if there are enough children we could create a kids corner “little scientist”
own food - bryndzove halusky, gulas - eintopf type
sangria
